about

Breathe on the One - Practice Rhythms for Didgeridoo

13 tracks in different tempos and rhythms from basic 4:4 thru 3:4, 5:4, 6:8, 7:8, 10:8, 14:8 etc. beginning at 90 bpm up to 210 bpm.
Learn to breathe on the one and sync your breathing pattern with different tempos and rhythms. Break out of a 4:4 groove and discover 3s, 5s, 6s, 7s, etc. If you want to go to the next level heres some basic grooves to get you there.
The clap stick is your guide - its on the one so breathe in when you hear the clap stick. The one is the key! You breathe in and expand from the one and you breathe out and contract back to the one. The one heart beat, the one love, the one breath, the one source of all creation. This is what connects us and brings us healing. So start your healing journey now and get breathing and get connected to the ONE.
Blessings Dr Didge Dolphin.
