Recorded live at Yoga Barn, Ubud, Bali during a sacred sound journey, Dr Didge takes you deep into the realms of F Didgeridoo. Following the pulse of existence and allowing sound to arise from within this F soundscape is deeply nourishing. Accompanied by Shervin’s voice and sacred instruments, this sound medicine journey will touch deep places within. Akin to dreaming awake, this music can be used for meditation, yoga, session work, clearing space, relaxation and stress relief.

Thanks to the Balinese people for welcoming us to their country. Thank you to the Yolngu Aboriginal people of North East Arnhem Land Australia the traditional owners and custodians of the didgeridoo. Big thanks to my brother Djalu Gurruwiwi, master yidaki (didgeridoo) man and senior law man. In sincere gratitude for sharing yidaki knowledge and keeping culture and the human earth connection alive.
