In deep gratitude for this life, the practice of yoga and the song of the humpback whales, our oldest living ancestors. This album has arisen from my reflection on turning 66 and considering my contribution to the upliftment of humanity. In a random search of my music library, I found a live recording of a yoga nidra practice we shared at the Chant Fest, Melbourne 2013. We were touring with Aboriginal elder whale song man, Bunna Lawrie and the WhaleDreamers band. We were not prepared to offer a yoga nidra practice. However, sometimes life’s greatest gifts are the ones that spontaneously arise in the moment. I am forever grateful for my foundation in Satyananda Yoga and the practice of Yoga Nidra. It is a profound and simple meditation/relaxation practice with incredible benefits. I followed my teachers and my teachings; became the channel and magic happened. The whale song was recorded in 2012 on our annual Whale Song Experiential on the east coast of Australia. The whale song is a continuous stream of conscious creation from the dreamtime to the present guiding us dynamically into the future.

This cd is designed to be listened to while lying down with headphones to avoid any distraction or interference. Using this cd is an opportunity to release any held patterns in your field that no longer serve you and allow for the recalibration of your energy body creating coherence in your physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies. We have remastered the live Yoga Nidra recording with 5 tracks from “Harmonic Healing” to aid the coherent assimilation of the encoded frequencies. This cd is overwritten by the humpback whale song and framed by the practice of Yoga Nidra to allow your conscious mind to have an anchor point. This powerful whale song contains holographic encoded messages that are received at a deep cellular level. Please use this cd with the blessings of the whales for the awakening of humanity.
